These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website plantaurum.com (the "Site"), operated by PLANTAURUM ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational purpose only

All content on the Site is provided for general information about the PLANTAURUM project. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset or other instrument. Any reward figures, calculators, simulators and games shown on the Site are illustrative models only and do not represent, promise or forecast any actual return, price or value. Before making any decision, conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional.

3. The PLNT token

PLNT is a utility token intended for use within the PLANTAURUM ecosystem. It does not represent equity, shares, debt, ownership of the operator, or any right to dividends, interest or profits. The value of crypto-assets can rise and fall and may drop to zero; crypto-assets may be illiquid and are not covered by investor-compensation or deposit-guarantee schemes. Key token parameters (supply, authorities, transactions) are publicly verifiable on the Solana blockchain.

4. Intellectual property

The PLANTAURUM name, logo, website design, texts, graphics, animations, whitepaper and the Proof of Growth concept are the intellectual property of PLANTAURUM and are protected by copyright and related laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, imitation or commercial use of the brand or its materials is prohibited and will be pursued under applicable law. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree that you will not:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overload it;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content, email addresses or data from the Site;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server or connected systems;
• impersonate PLANTAURUM or create materials that could be mistaken for official ones;
• submit false, abusive or automated entries through the contact forms.

The Site links to third-party services such as blockchain explorers and social platforms, and displays live on-chain and market data retrieved from public interfaces. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or accuracy of third-party services. Using them is subject to their own terms.
