The team behind PLANTAURUM
PLANTAURUM is an independent project building eco mining: a system where digital value is created by planting and verifying real trees instead of burning electricity. It is run by a small team of builders, operated through a registered legal entity, and everything it claims about its token can be checked on a public blockchain by anyone, at any time.
Why this project exists
Two problems collided, and the answer to one turned out to be the answer to the other.
The first is crypto's energy problem. For more than a decade, "mining" meant halls of machines consuming electricity around the clock to solve puzzles. It created value, but it gave nothing back to the world it ran on.
The second is that reforestation runs on trust that is hard to earn. The world spends billions planting trees, yet a donor almost never learns whether a specific tree was planted, where it stands, or whether it is still alive five years later. Without proof, good intentions and greenwashing look identical from the outside.
PLANTAURUM answers both at once: the work that earns the token is planting a real tree, and the proof that the tree exists is written to a public blockchain where it cannot be edited or quietly deleted.
What we build
The project has three parts. The token is live: PLNT exists on the Solana mainnet with a permanently fixed supply. The verification layer combines a location-tagged photo with automated checks, producing an on-chain record we call Proof of Growth. The app, currently in development, is where a planter photographs a tree, receives the reward, and re-verifies the same tree every year it stays alive.

Principles we hold to
- Proof over promises. Every claim about the token is verifiable on chain. We link to the blockchain explorer rather than asking anyone to take our word for it.
- No promises of profit. Not in our copy, not in conversation, not to partners. Reward figures on this site are illustrative models, never forecasts. This is both an ethical position and the only lawful one.
- The reward follows real work. Tokens leave the planting reserve for exactly one reason: a verified tree. There is no second route.
- Legal groundwork before the money. Legal review and the formal MiCA whitepaper come before any public offer, not after it.
- Privacy by default. This website runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. See the Privacy Policy.
What is already true, and verifiable
- PLNT is live on the Solana mainnet, not a plan on a slide.
- Total supply is fixed at 500,000,000,000 PLNT, and the mint authority is renounced, so no additional tokens can ever be created, by us or by anyone.
- The freeze authority is renounced too, so no holder's balance can ever be frozen.
- Supply, holders and every transaction are public: check the token on Solscan.
How the project is funded
Early work is funded by the founders. The public sale allocation funds app development, the team and the launch. Longer term the intention is that the project stands on services rather than token sales: verified planting programs for companies with ESG obligations, verification as a service for NGOs and donors, app features, and grant programs for reforestation and climate technology. Accountability
The project is operated through a registered legal entity. Full legal details will be published in the formal MiCA whitepaper before any public offer in the EU, because that is what the regulation requires and because an offer without them would not deserve anyone's trust.
Deliberately, this page carries no personal data: no home addresses, no private contact details. Everything official runs through the project's own domain and channels, which is also how you can tell a real PLANTAURUM message from an impersonation.
